Ok, I don’t play sims online, so maybe there is some aspect to this game I don’t understand… However, it seems to me that this is a roll playing game. I’m not 100% sure you would be able to tell when someone was, or was not in their roll. Perhaps this sim had a dual personalty? Maybe this sim’s personatly was to be crazy. Maybe they were some sort of brain alien.

Also, if someone was putting their sister in the hospital, it’s safe to say that this should be delt with in that hospital.

If that was an encouraging cheer (rather than a little mocking bemusement at my admittedly naive ideal that a huge company should have to answer to a *mere* customer; maybe a bit of both I suppose), thanks Dr. Ludlow.
I’ll continue to try to get a response out of them.
