Hmmmm. Real life pageants are bad enough, but a virtual pageant, boy now I know what kind of people make up this world. It is 2004 and women need to stop utilizing their “so-called beauty” to make them feel good about themselves. It is really pathetic. Especially when all the women look and act exactly the same…what happened to being original and being oneself?

Actually, I think someone who doesn’t spend half their time complaining about a virtual beauty pageant is the one who has no life, not me. This could never happen for you in RL LMAO that was the funniest damn thing I’ve seen all day. They’ve run out of things to say, so now they try to insult your real life. This is pathetic. I’ll leave you children to go on with your complaining about a make believe pageant and people you’ve never met.

Hi Everyone. I was just reading some of your comments, and I’m glad that you all wrote back and wrote your own different view points about the pageant Ashley and I hosted this past weekend. I think everyone did a great job, and its just another “game experience” that builds you up to become a better sim person!

Ashley, I have seen your picture and I have no difficulty seeing you as having won beauty contests and done modeling in real life. And with my background, I’m a far better judge of these things than are your detractors in this thread.

Regarding online voting, I have AOL and it is a known fact that often you can’t vote in things if you are on AOL – something about it being a “proxy” or something like that, I think. I know that I can almost never vote in the Stratics polls because of that. Although sometimes I can, so it is hard to understand why it works the way it does, not letting you vote most of the time, then sometimes letting you. Most of the time, I can’t no matter how many times I try.

It is not uncommon for AOL users to have difficulty voting in online polls. You really need to factor in this known phenomenon before concluding that only fraud could explain why AOL users couldn’t vote on something.
