Once we got "home", I was introduced to her other toys which include several Beanie Baby Bears, Hedgehogs, and one she warned me about - a hamster named Hammie. Supposedly Hammie is a bit of a rogue and has led a rather colorful life. He looks harmless, but Cairi says looks can be decieving. This I know.
After the introductions, Cairi then showed me a quilt she had made just for me. I was quite touched. She says that the blue in it matched my eyes. I mentioned that I was tired and she wrapped me in my new quilt and I took a nap. Later in the evening after taking off my cloak and coat, she did try to see if I'd look good in what she calls a kilt by wrapping some tartan around my waist. She smiled and said I'd look fetching in one, but would not make one yet.
My Frodoll has had a most exciting day. He is now cosily tucked up in my bed as snug as a bug, wearing his usual cheerful and beatific smile, as he ponders over the day's events. Then early last week, as I once more sat silently mulling over my plight, a warrior from the shelf above me dropped his sword on my head, and told me not to be such a bloody git. Apparently, the action figures who share our room have all been tremendously jealous that I had gone to Narya’s place of work at all, as none of them have even had the opportunity. And with a flash of inspiration, I saw a way clear to end our dilemma, and bring joy to everyone! When Narya came home that night, I shared the idea with her, and she thought it perfectly brilliant. The very next day, she put the plan into action.

No, I've been reading hammie's posts online for about 10 years, and I can vouch for the fact that he is a Certified Right Wing Nut Job (tm). But I love him anyway.

I like it in his article where he thinks people like him are "left wingers" because of the way he is the Linden's bitch....and he says he is not. I can see some lefty style in his political writings!
