They also take their qs from social behavior around them, witch include corporate america. Presumably the issues will continue to be solved by market forces and law enforcement stategies. What other way can there be? Presumably people turned into sociopaths will run into problems in the real world. As you say its been going on since the 1980s whenever and the issues are no different. My two pennys.
