Makes me remember a time when a friend did this same thing, yet he was banned the land seized back from him, and he was booted from game.

So why do these guys get away with it? Sorry this is literally the exact same thing. IN that case tho I think it was whoevers D$@K the complainant was sucking at the time, cuz she did plenty of that to get what she wanted.

Given that quote, why in Hades is Nicole seizing land?

Either establish a definite role in dispute resolution or get the hell out of the way. This current anti-policy the Lindens have of *saying* they can’t get involved and then dabbling depending upon the whim of the moment is the worst possible thing they can do. It doesn’t help that when they *do* dabble they tell us they can’t tell us *why* they do or even admit to their doing it.

It’s like the Lindens find themselves in the position of Greek gods, and like the gods, can’t help but dabble in the affairs of mortals — apparently for the entertainment value.

Anyone know why Xaphon got banned? Or was it “for any reason and no reason”.

yes theres a forums post for this..sorta the lindens arent going to do a damn thing but i beleive xaphon is banned so that makes me slightly happy.

Cyanide – biggest fucking asshole griefer that ever went in SL in my opinion, how they ever banned my ass for good when that fucker is in there performing blatent acts of terrorism i dont know. I wonder if he’s Phil’s bitch or something and thats how he manages to get away with so much.

The guy is a total moron land sales terrorist. Why you publish this crap, promoting his activities i have no idea. LOL, Xaphon taught me the whole ‘danger of officer’ lesson back in March! The circumstances were a bit different, but same outcome. Luckily it was only a 512 parcel that I was able to buy back from the guy he sold it to. I kicked him out of another group we were in and told everyone in Jessie about him. No hard feelings, no Lindens, no problems, all done. What makes me laugh my ass off here is that the Monkeys knew about Xaphon and didn’t take him seriously. Cyanide? The guy is a wwii soldier and is in this for the fun. Hey, I am glad to have that monstrous build away from our beloved slums.

If the Lindens are not going to protect their landowners then the landowners need to protect themselves. I can’t feel sorry for you when you have been warned (which they were). Are the two small parcels the Lindens recovered a consolation prize? This is a funny joke…
