If you are attacking my business you are attacking me in real life (which is actually libel without proof). And Mars, just because you feel you contribute alot of money, time and services to the game it does not mean you are safe from being banned. Also don’t think just because you have some kind of news press coverage that LL would not ban you as well. If what you stated above is true and you just weren’t being sarcastic with your relations to LL, then LL is hypocritical and corrupt and it won’t be long till they fold under because the public will catch on eventually.

I personally hope that LL will do the right thing here and ban you from the game, I cannot see how they would allow such activities in their game when others are being banned for less TOS violations.

Oh btw i did laugh at the philip linden thing – mars acting as if he is so important in game that philip personally deals with him, now lets be real, philip has communicated with the public several times, even on a one to one basis such as Marsy here. Your not the only one Marsy. I am beginning to enjoy these attempts from Mars for his feeble attempts at trying to make himself appear above all other SL players.

However, until they catch me in the act of committing a ToS violation (which I would never do *wink* lol), their hands are tied. Why should they punish an innocent player who gets accussed of things all the time without proof? Especially when that player deals with the press all the time. Electronic Arts made that mistake once, I don’t think LL is that stupid to do the same thing. That’s actually something I respect about Linden Lab. Remember, it’s not what you know, it’s what you can prove… Write that down.

Anyway, let them catch on to what I do. I run a business in-game. I put lots of money into the economy. I assist certain players that Linden Lab cannot. I help develop the game and add a certain role-playing/storyline aspect to the game which a lot of MMORPG’s is missing. I am trying to bring real world business to the game as well. Also, let’s not forget about the advertising I provide Second Life. If that’s a crime, so be it.

Oh ya the hosting business is a real world business and has nothing to do with my mafia. People can think what they want about that and formulate hopefully an adult opinion about this. This is also why I am just the backer and technical guy. I have another avatar running the business on my behalf that is not Mafia. =)

Names of people who were saying it? Or screenshots that were made up? Anything I post you will deem as rigged either way, again I repeat I said I cannot prove the accusation so why would you just repeat what I said in the first place? Unless of course its some kind of way to cover up the real fact: the whole thing was a stage show. As for the owner and his reputation obviously the dude isn’t too bright if he gives out modifying rights to any Tom, Dick and Marsy, so his rep I presume is not a valuable commodity to him.

Yes I want to see something unique from you, you claim to be a professional gamer. if you come up with unique stuff all the time like you just stated, why not have the Herald write about that instead? Then maybe just maybe I would be a little impressed.

That is not social engineering, and that certainly don’t take a genius to plan, if your the professional game player you claim to be you would think at this point in your professional gaming career you would come up with more strategic, unique and intelligent ways of outsmarting other players. Not something that has been done in game over and over again. You are certainly not the first player to access mod rights just to destroy someone’s build. I’d like to see what LL does about this since they ban people for such things.

Interestingly the owner of the club has claimed that he was in on the deal all along that this was a staged attack to make Marsellus look like some kind of mafia persona that all should fear. I cannot prove this accusation, just repeating whats been going around thru the grape vine.

Of course Urianus will back you up, you prefer it from behind.

My case is rested, he proved me right by his admittance.
