As this system clearly breaks both the 'disclosure' and 'harrassment' clauses of the ToS, I can only assume that Linden Lab did the right thing, and his lack of response is due to a visit to the cornfield. I hope that someone, somewhere can make a device to block the watch from operating. Shouldn't be too difficult. If people want to be monitored for their activity, that's their choice - however Mark's problem was automatically assuming that everyone would be happy to be involved, without actually asking if anyone minded.
