It states the license and permissions given to the residents. As long as you use the fonts with the viewer connecting to Lindenlab's servers, it's licensed so far. Connecting to OpenGrid or your local opensim open source server or using another viewer not by LL, you can't use them. You can't copy them into your fonts folder.
