Great article Curious, I would just like to clarify that I am not the sim owner, but the SL wife of the sim owner, Rick Langdon. He has generously allowed us to build and rent out shops and use the bulk of land for the roleplay group.
I hope everyone is enjoying the Alley as much as I am and the beautiful shops that Harry has built.

I’m sick of trolls who post using fake names. I’m also sick of jerks who break up nice threads. I’d say I’m sorry for offending you, but you’re obviously pretty durn easy to offend– whoever you are. I was complimenting the members of two groups for having the basic honor and decency to stick by their friends… an example you might learn from. But you have to spoil it with whining– and you don’t even have the courage to post your name. I guess we’re supposed to respect that?

Prok, I agree. This is the second time I’ve seen a large group of people band together and support one another like this. When I decided to leave Second Life and the Counsel decided to close down ElvenMyst… Elf Clan as a whole evinced the same honorable attitude depicted above. I had nothing but respect for the majority of our members and the way they conducted themselves. Our “Last Day” party was a great deal of fun.

Just goes to show that not all people are contrary, angry or disloyal. There are people and groups in this world that know the meaning of honor and integrity and support their friends– no matter what the personal cost or eventual outcome. As you say– an inspiring story. The Hogwarts group set a good example for everyone.
