In taking on So many slaves S/he has little time to spend on Each of them for Matters of Training. The more slaves s/he owns, the More the slaves are neglected. The Quality of the slave means Nothing to them, they measure their Own Egos by the Quantity of slaves they own. There are not sufficient tasks or assignments for All of them, and their training and discipline will Suffer. IF the Dom/me Appears to show More attention to one of the slaves over the others (This will usually be the First, or the Last taken on) The other slaves will begin to feel jealousy. Jealousy is a poison that can tear a happy household apart. NONE of the Girls will be performing at their best as they are competing with one another, Attempting to undermine one anothers positions, and All will be concentrating More on themselves than on their owner. The slaves Cannot be Blamed for this However, as it is the Dom/me and not the slaves who Control the Household, and create the environment.
One Well Trained and Happy slave is worth Exponentially more than a chain of Ten Thousand neglected girls.

Warning Sign #2: The Dom/me does not Communicate with the slaves. How can a Dom/me Get Inside their slave, and Know the best way to teach, Train, or guide them if they never speak to them on ANY subject other than Sex? There is FAR more to Training and maintaining a slave than Teaching them to say “Yes Master”, “No Mistress” and to Drop their silks at a seconds notice. If a Dom/me is not trying to get to know their slave they will Lack the Tools that they Need to Properly, and safely Train the girl. If the slave does not REALLY Know their Master/Mistress then How are they to ANTICIPATE their needs and fill them even before they are asked? In my Years as a Mistress i have had Several Girls and More than one of them i could rely upon as a Trusted Advisor, as well as a servant. A Good slave serves ALL their Owners Needs, not just their carnal ones, and to do so they NEED to Know their owner.
I have seen Far too many slaves That are thoroughly Versed in matters of the Furs, but have Precious little Knowledge of Anything Else. They cannot Serve, or Dance, they don’t understand their responsibilities to Uphold their owners Prestige, and honor. They are Rude, and Undisciplined and think all it takes to be a slave is to shake their Money maker at the right time. Dom/mes AND Slaves out there, that is NOT a slave, that is a Prostitute.

When asked, as i frequently am, by New slaves what to look for in Prospective owners, These are two things i STRONGLY advise them to Check out. If they Find a Dom/me with these credentials sizing them up for a collar, I suggest they Avoid them, They will NEVER be Happy, Fulfilled, or Properly trained in those circumstances.
