This girl did not blog her own designs. That much is simply put. The PR campaign was mine. I cannot help what Tenshi did after we began passing her items. As for Queen Couture, that cannot be helped either. It was Tenshi’s personal opinion, and since it is over and done with we shall not continue to bring it back up. It is time you stopped playing the blame game and began just letting life continue on. I realize at this point that she is entirely your favorite person to pick on, but you’re all behaving like starving wolves.

The last post by tiffany (in the Grey) is not the real one, of course you could probably tell as the last post is a pitiful soul not believing in Tenshi, accusatory, can’t drop the bitterness and give her a chance kind of post.

While I think it would be nice to see Tenshi branch out into more things its not my place to tell her so. She has to chose the path that she feels will prove that’s shes changed.

Again I am trying to defend Tenshi and say she has changed her spots. I am taking a wait and see approach so not ruling anything out. I do NOT think her apology is hollow and I hope that time and Tenshi will prove me right.

As I originally thought some bitter bitter pitiful souls with no life will never stop bashing Tenshi right out of the gate. You have to feel pity for someone who cannot let go – they are truly worse in dong that than Tenshi was on her worst day. Tenshi knows though I am sure from experience that “observer” anonymous type tags on posts mean that they are basically not worth reading.

Oh and don’t think I’m a Tenshi fan yet, its a wait and see thing, but at least I’m willing to actually wait and see. I had many a nasty post to Tenshi back in the dark days – you can look if you want – I used my real name each time, not like some.

I sympathize with your position. We’d all like for this debacle to have never happened. To be clear, though – the problem is not with the promotion, it’s with Tenshi’s own claim that that kind of “advertising” is wrong. The fact that her words continue to get her into trouble is her own doing. I do agree that it’s unfortunate and maybe unfair that it happens to involve you and your clothing line. At the same time, Evariel should have known better than to send her a review copy while Tenshi was hotly criticizing another previously fashion review site for blogging their own designs.

If those involved had acted with a little more thoughtfulness, maybe this could have been avoided. Unfortunately, it did happen, and if there continues to be fallout you can only blame the ones involved.

I would like to state that Tenshi’s ‘attack’ on Queen of Couture has nothing to do with Mercury’s PR. I have no idea why she dislikes QoC and not Mercury, go ask her. TENSHI IS NOT IN MERCURY, so she is not “attacking another designer for copying Paper Couture’s style and then doing the exact same thing” She’s not doing anything Couture…

Finally- its not self promotion when you aren’t in the clothing co you are promoting (how is that not clear?). And even then- ppl self promote all the time- its called advetising.
