When I have the time and the ability, I will perhaps write a fact-based review on as many military groups as I possibly can, with less ability for dispute. I’m sincerely disappointed in the immaturity and hate mongering I’m seeing in these posts – all of them – and it’s frustrating to see it. Hopefully I’ll be able to conjure something less controversial should I decide to write an article of my own.

Okay GUYS. LISTEN. I DID NOT TITLE THIS ARTICLE THE WAY IT WAS TITLED. I just wanted to present to the public, the view of an individual who has been in all those armies by himself. IT WAS NOT A CONSUMER’S GUIDE, IT WAS JUST A TRIVIAL REVIEW. I DON’T BLAME YOU FOR thinking that this article was not good, becuase IT DOESN’T SERVE THE TITLE’S GIVEN PURPOSE (for a reason!). So please do not blame me. These are just my opinions. I did not have any control over where in the herald it was placed, nor what title would be given to it.

Sorry, failed to really complete my thought with the last one about the Uriel and USLMF.

That it is an attachment, and therefore is not subject to the physics and rules of other aircraft, and is not subject to the typical actions of any other SL vehicle – in other words, its not a vehicle. Its avatar flight. Which is prohibited by STABLE, and being that groups such as Sparta and Blackwatch are STABLE abiding, the Uriel is banned.

I think the time to discuss changes to aircraft will come if and when a new arms treaty is put in place; until then, there really isn’t any question of the attachment and its vehicle status, and how it pertains to STABLE.

If USLMF actually ends up creating a new arms treaty, and the armies agree that we should all move to Uriel type attachment/avatar flight modules in order to reduce lag, then it’ll be something to broach then. One army deciding they can try to force it on everyone else…not so much.

And 2142′s requires a sit prim. Period.

At the USLMF meeting on Tuesday, others in the AI alliance mentioned that they also do not allow the Uriel, because it is an attachment, and funny…Lurdan, Anthony, and other members of the IS simply stayed silent…
