I think that the Blue Mars beta is more of a real virtual world than Metaplace.

Metaplace makes me giggle.

Perhaps more coverage of Blue Mars is in order. Would give people better screenshots to look at for starters.

The colors scheme is very muted in the screenshots, and then anything something someone might actually want their pixel bob to wear (For example, The red dress and the orange 70s suits) seems to amplify the saturation. It’s makes it appeal more, do they cost extra money to have? (I imagine so)

You lack reading comprehension. I have tried it though, and my preference for it is irrelevant. It’s just not a virtual world in the sense of what SL is and can do.
