I’ll be interested to see what Warner Brothers make of your call Robble. After all, the Dune roleplayers got taken down over their use of characters and locations by the owners of those intellectual properties in April 2009.

And the Dune roleplayers were just apparently enjoying some harmless roleplay amongst themselves. It’s not like they were running round the grid riding those big worm things, firing off hideous amounts of abuse reports and creating potential legal issues and lawsuits that could reflect badly on certain intellectual properties. I doubt that Warner Brothers are likely to be very happy about the way their intellectual properties are being used. Their reactions will prove very interesting indeed and could have repercussions for the grid as a whole I’m thinking.
