The Prok Star t-shirt should be full perms, so you should be able to save its texture to your hard drive and reupload it and apply it to the right clothing layer.

Oh, and despite what Prok claims, Shaun Altman didn’t invent that shirt, it was made by the Electric Sheep who started sending it to anybody that Prokofy trashed in her blog. Shaun just made it popular by wearing it a lot.
