So, Kinoko, you are blatantly admitting that you are intentionally defaming LL based on no facts in order to damage them and their shareholders financially. You have just passed the “malciousness” test that most libel suits fail on. The only thing saving you from a defamation / libel lawsuit right now is that LL probably figures you are so poor that you are judgement proof. Smart move.

Also, I am pretty sure if the FBI or any policing type authority would not use groups like SL FBI or SL Police.

I can tell “had enough” that the FBI, for a fact, as General Drama says, “doesn’t give two shits about SL”. They told me so themselves. Unless there are people getting killed or RL terrorist plots being conspired here, they really don’t give two shits and have a lot more important crap to deal with, to paraphrase the cybercrimes special agent I spoke to.

Zindra, in fact, was created in 2009 by Phillip based on a proposal I pitched to him at SLCC in Chicago in 2007, as the first step to merge the teen grid into SL. In my discussions with the lab at the time, at no time was any issues with the FBI mentioned.

The main legal problem that LL had wrt minors in 2007 was actually with the German government based on a sensationalist fake expose by Der Spiegel that claimed that there were hundreds of pedophiles in SL that the German government had arrested, when in fact, there are zero documented cases of any prosecutions of German pedophiles based on their activities in SL to this day. The German government was rather concerned with the issue based on the sensationalism and LL’s PR people were in a tizzy to hire someone who could nip that problem in the bud.

Also my Real Goal is to make Linden Lab loose money, Educate people not to even use their service, or play their game, thats why I constantly post stuff about the theft, cheaters,LL Fraud, and Privacy Violation all over the internet because it gets listed on all the search engines, and new people searching for Second Life will see this and be like Screw this.

Actually the FBI has been in SL on several occasions looking for underage kids getting involved with content that they shouldn’t be involved with. Most sweeps are conducted during the summer months when kids are at home on summer break and their parents are at work
. You can be assured that once the teens are allowed in Second Life, that the FBI’s presence will be increased.

Does anyone recall the TOS update back in 2008 that had you acknowledge that people in Second Life could be under the age of 18 and that Linden Labs was powerless to keep them out?
Right Linden Labs got bit on the ass over an underage incident and along came Zindra.

I swear you guys act like a group of dumbass kids, Linden Labs created Zindra to protect both their asses and yours.

It doesn’t matter that laws were broken, they’re way too busy spying on all the would-be jihadis and wanna be Osamas and RL paedophreaks (furrys included). If you feel you’ve been victimized by criminal acts in SL, the first place you should be going is your local police department. Once they get done laughing at you, if they are a particularly overstaffed and non-busy police department, they may see your case as a convenient reason to expand their remit. Especially if they have a fat computer budget to justify to voters.
