After we put the evening edition of the Herald to bed, the entire Herald staff is heading over to the Perfumed Garden to unwind and consider the wonders of the metaverse - especially Uma. Even if you can’t make it to the Perfumed Garden, you can still contemplate something wonderful - this week’s Post 6 Grrrl. ]
Hi…my name is Uma Troell and I’ve been happily living in SL since late Jan’07. Why am I here? Good question – mostly it’s to meet people I wouldn’t ordinarily meet and live out my wildest fantasies and deepest desires – oh yeah, and to build my empire. One thing about SL, it provides doorways to experiences not easily accessed in real life. Everything from running through a green, soupy toxic haze from masked marauders in some weapon crazed alien battlefield sim to flying through the air while shopping for new flexi hair — I’ve tried it all — and had a blast!
Some of my favs are shopping – what a surprise. I have a very serious prim shoe and flexi hair addiction, salsa dancing, I love, love, love it especially with a hunky handsome man, and working – yes – in SL even work can be fun! I love my job — and I’m damn good at it to boot! I am currently Executive Manager at The Perfumed Garden – an adult entertainment establishment — and yes — even though my managing duties keep my schedule very full – I can be seen there daily in all my glory 
The Garden is a special place to me, the girls are like family and I’ve made friends for life with so many people there. I just love the place – no wonder it’s my second home. 
My real life motto has always been work hard and play harder, same goes for second life – and trust me as busy as I am, I always make sure I squeeze in time to play hard — very hard ) Empire building is exhausting work and a girl’s gotta blow of some steam every now and then
I want to thank Marilyn Murphy and the Second Life Herald for this amazing opportunity – and the gorgeous pics, and thanks to my friends for encouraging me to do this project – ’m so glad that I did 
My goal is easy. Complete control and world domination – oh yeah – and a couple of laughs along the way — so come by the Garden and say Hi. Lets strategize – and smile

Wow….another great spread. Uma, you are a knockout. Fantastic pictures, and I’ll bet with your attitude you will be very successful in SL. Marilyn, what can I say? Another fantastic photo shoot. We are lucky to have people of your caliber doing this work in SL. Great job ladies.

And ewwwwwwwwwww the skin on this one has hairy tits and the usual no ass no curves stick figure, what a surprise.

All post 6 grrrls have been hideous so far – though this one is extra-especially hideous. They are vomit inducing and therefore – for all of time hence-forth they shall be known as post 6 ‘hurrrls’.

Whilst I wouldn’t necessarily go as far as the above poster, most of the girls featured do look very much the same, conforming to the real life ‘anorexic supermodel’ look.
When I saw the first picture with glasses and a business suit, I thought that this would be a little different – but the other pictures simply follow the regular pattern.
I think this is the first one I’ve ever seen with glasses. Ever featured a redhead? Why not try something different? A fuller figure? A little shorter? Not dressed wearing essentially nothing? Non human even? Not everyone is attracted to the ‘barbie’ look, you know.

hi lewis.
gosh, im very aware you cant please everyone. however, your post had some qualifications and observations i think indicate you just havent really seen many of the post sixx layouts. for instance u ask for a red head and last weeks girl was a red head.
3 weeks ago there was a demon/fairy/neko/non human girl. guys are featured. it seems u just havent really followed this column, but can state there have been no non humans or anything other than the barbie look.
i think, on the other hand, the complaints listed in this columns’ letters are all the same person, listing the same litany of untrue observations, and he doesnt even know the history he is reffering to.
this obsession with post sixx is rather bizarre, since he continues to indicate he doesn’t really know what he’s talking about. he just wants to attack the ladies.
i wonder if it’s therapeutic(sp?)? did his psychiatrist advise him to take out his hatred of women on avatars and therefore have a harmless outlet?
if a person spends any time in sl at all, surely they notice that the vast majority of the ladies there do wear custom skins, they wear makeup, they have prim hair and are slender. what post sixx shows is a cross section. we show furries and men and non human girls. that the vast majority of the girls are human merely reflects the fact of sl life. so you consider most of the girls in sl ugly. ok.

Uma, you look WONDERFUL! The first shot is extremely alluring, and your jewelry is a really nice touch! And managing any establishment is a huge undertaking, even “just” in SL! I know running my place definitely cuts into my shopping time lol!
And don’t worry about the negative comments, like my puppy tearing apart my loufa(which took a LONG time to pick up btw! lol >.< ), he’s just misbehaving because to some people, negative attention is better than no attention, and they don’t merit any otherwise. Don’t let em bring you down!! *hugs*

Hehe funny that sounds pretty much exactly like my first pic from last week. =D I’m fairly sure I’m the shortest Post 6 girl I’ve met lol! Other than that, I don’t really need to add anything more, I think Mari summed it up well.

You have to have seen a real naked woman to fully appreciate Uma’s skin. And you have to talk to Uma to fully appreciate her inner beauty. Sure this is a game and these are AV’s but Uma, your words reveal the thoughtful, kind, passionate and beautiful three dimensional person that you are.

As for the pics, they couldn’t be more vanilla. Great for men whose first time was with his sister’s Barbie doll. Otherwise, I challenge you to find an avatar as dull as this one. The skin looks like she rolled in dirt before her photo shoot.
