[Marilyn Murphy keeps finding new ways to delight and surprise - and this week she introduces the metaverse to a wonderful married couple - two amazing girls - Jennifer and Olivia. Marilyn, of course is the photographer and visionary behind Players, SL's in-world erotica magazine. Profuse apologies for the delayed publication of this week's feature. While SL was crashing my computer four or more times last night, most of my inventory disappeared - including this feature. Hello to Hello Herald readers! We’re both happy to be here as Post Sixx Girls at the Herald, and appreciate Marilyn asking us to do this together.
Olivia had a long history of playing in various MMOs (Anarchy Online, Star Wars Galaxies, others) and arrived here in late 2005, blinking in bewilderment and looking for a weapon – or something to Bio-Engineer. She quickly turned to other pursuits, but mostly roamed around.
Jennifer had never been involved in any of the popular MMOs so this was a whole new world for her, but once she discovered she could shop, SL had her hooked. After spending a fortune buying up parcels on the mainland, Jennifer woke up and bought her own sim.
In June 2006 they got together, finding several mutual interests to keep their lives from being boring. Olive introduced Jennifer to the fun world of BDSM and roleplay and they both enjoyed a lot of different roleplayed scenes over time. Both indulge in RP whenever they get a chance to this day. They married in December 2006, in a snowy Christmas-time setting.
Olivia had always said she wanted to make her own clothes and open a store, and one day Jennifer took a parcel, cleared it, and said “Do it!”. They named the store “Olivia’s Secret”, and after some time the store was expanded to different locations. Jennifer discovered she could make clothing too, and can occasionally be bothered to make an outfit.
Earlier this year Olivia bought her own sim, which she called Verona, and built a new main store for Olivia’s Secret and things have been going well ever since. They expanded from just clothing into hair, shapes, shoes, and other accessories.
Jennifer: Second Life has been good to us both, and I am really glad that I found SL and have spent so much time here with Olive and my friends. Wouldn’t you agree Olive?
Olivia: The world(both of them) are big confusing places filled with people that are not to be trusted, luckily in SL I have Jennifer and others to paint pictures for me that clarify reality so that I can manage to sometimes even deal with it in manners that make sense and work! *runs off at random*
Jennifer: Yes folks, Olive has a touch of ADHD. *runs off after Olive*

I would think if others enjoyed your ‘artistic’ nudes so much, they might comment on them once in a while. I happen to enjoy the articles posted by others on this blog, but not enough to have to look at your raunchier posts. PLONK!

I’ve known Jennifer and Olivia for sometime and I cant imagine a more perfect pair. I am very happy they found one another and am proud to call them my friends. Olivia is a very gifted talent at building and not just clothing. When I moved into the private sim I live in, Olive was instrumental in making it the paradise I wanted. And Jennifer is one of the kindest people you could meet in SL.
