SSG founder issues directive: Vote for Ashley!

Apparently incensed by Mr-President’s relationship with Mafia Boss JC Soprano, SSG co-founder PM Cruiser (one of the typists for the Mia Wallace avatar) has taken a break from his SWG pursuits and issued a directive to past and current members of the SSG: Don’t vote for Mr-President –Vote Ashley. Readers of the AVH will recall that Mr. Soprano and the SSG have a long history, dating to the formation of the SSG. Then of course, there was their exchange on CNN, where JC referred to the SSG as “The Sesame Street Gang.” On a less personal level, the SSG had from its inception a “no mafia” policy. It is hard to remember that the Alphaville map, now littered with Mafia ‘hoods, had none when the SSG was operational. Here is the IM directive:

I mean seriously, I asked the guy for some advice a couple of months ago. I also talked to Storme last night about the voting process.. is SSG involved with the elections now? No. The story was a huge misunderstanding. I think that SLA guy is out to get me, lol.

Forget all this mud-slinging and rumors. I voted on the basis of what I personally know about the candidates in the game and my experience with them personally.

Yes, Mr. President has been a contestant on our game show, as has been a large segment of Alpha since we began the Game Show Channel last July. I am wondering if you have ever been there? I would love it if you came to a game.
As for your question, I wouldn’t enjoy any game where the outcome was rigged. Moreover, I would have no practical reason whatsoever to rig our games in favor of one person over another.
In short, there is zero temptation for me to ever rig any game in any way. Why would you think I would?
I do hope you will come play with us sometime, if you haven’t already. I think you would very much enjoy our sort of word-type games. Family Feud airs every Thursday at 9-11 eastern, hosted by me, and is my personal favorite. This coming Tuesday, we will have the Simmywood Squares, 9-11 eastern, hosted by the legendary Garyyy. On alternate Tuesdays, we have the Match Game.

Mr. President. No, the SSG is NOT involved. See what Piers (PM Cruiser) has forgotten is he was ran out of TSO by the players and now plays SWG. I hear he is running into the same probems their that he was here.
The SSG is ran by Storme not PM. In fact the TSO SSG are supporters of the AV Gov and president. HERE IS THE BEST PART: The new SSG regime even consults with us and is Mafia friendly. They have the philosephy, don’t fuck with us, we won’t fuck with you. I like that. You just went after anyone that looked at you sideways. You were never a governement when you ran the SSG, you were a cult.
See Piers, if you didn’t try to be such a dictactor like you are right now, maybe things would be different for you, but they are not. Your spotlight has faded and now you are bitter.

Oh, I just wanted to point out one last thing. Let’s not forget during World War II (may have been I, but I don’t think so) the US Navy with permission of the President consulted with the local Mafia (I want to say Luciano was the one contacted) to protect the ports where the Navy ships were docked and that the Mafia controlled.

I am sitting here reading this B.S. and wondering where the mines of this PUNK want-to-be’s are coming from. I am a founder and Alpha has been my home since the dawn of its creation, along with 2 other cities in the game. In the first place, who is the idiot “Mr.President” or the others who are “running” for office.. and I use this term losely… and what, if anything will they rule. ???? I have yet to find out. I always thought that the SSG was a bunch of dummies playing “mind” games but the MAFIA. Don’t make me laugh. Its because of the idiot things they do and the childish things they do that Maxis is having so many problems. Instead of coming up with new thing’s to make the game more interesting, they are trying to figure out how to stop the grafting and tagging. My god people, its a GAME not a convention center, where NO one I know, knows anything about an “election” nor cares. I have asked in the busiest houses.. no one knows. I know because I read this paper.So I guess that I am saying is “WHAT THE HELL IS THE POINT TO THIS?”

Hello. I feel that I should address this issue. First let me state that I wish both canidates the best of luck. Second, I would like to let everyone know that PM Cruiser was not ran out of TSO and that SWG is doing fantastic. Although PM no longer runs SSG in TSO he is still a force in serveral of my decisions. Things in the current SSG regime are different. I feel it is for the better at this time. We have been focusing on scammers at this point in time. I have put SSG in the position to keep peace. Which was the whole reason I took over the overlord position. I want to make sure that people realize that SSG is very much alive and kicking. As our numbers climb, we will become more active. I have lost and gained several friends on this ride. Those of you who are still around you know who you are. To all the SSG Executives, thank you for all you do and all you are. Keep up the great work! So from now on I would appreciate anyone with questions regarding SSG motives or tactics to come and speak with me ~Storme~ *Overlord*
