Kellie Ryba — Post 6 Grrrrl

[It’s an interesting thing that sometimes I hear from a prospective model, have a couple of initial conversations and then don’t hear from them again for weeks. Such was the case with Kellie Ryba. Finally, our schedules meshed enough that we got the following pictures, which I really hope do her justice. It is my pleasure to introduce the vivacious and talented Kellie Ryba, Post 6 Grrrl ~Timothy Morpork]
What a fascinating world we have here, don’tchathink? Think about it. Never in the history of man has there been a time when you can actually study the birth of a civilization. Griefers, gamers, scammers, furries, goons, nerds, noobs, and fashionistas all forming their own tribes and battling it out in a virtual space that allows them to completely disengage themselves from their own sense of self. And we were here to watch the divisions and alliances form, and watch the rules get made and broken and changed and on and on into, hopefully, the future. Pretty amazing.
Don’t peg me based on that, I’m no egghead. I probably spend the giant portion of my online time thinking about my avatar’s shoes and hair, and where I can find some bargains, but occasionally I like to take the long view and get a little awed at what we’ve been blessed with. Thanks to this whole technology thing, all of us are living in the most revolutionary time in human history, which is pretty cool. Now, if they gave out some kick-ass virtual heels to go with the revolution, I’d be a happy girl.
I have been in SL since 2007. I made skins for a while, and still get a nice income from some shops that sell my stuff under their name, but 1st Life keeps me too busy to dedicate the time it takes to run my own shop anymore. I still love to create things here, but now I just make stuff for myself and my friends when there’s nothing else to do, or I’m particularly inspired.
I have read the Herald longer than I have been a resident of Second Life. I was a huge fan of The Sims and even taught myself to use Photoshop just so that I could make things for that game. I hated The Sims Online, but in reading about it I discovered Second Life, but my computer was too much of a dog to handle it. While I waited for my old computer to die, I read up on this place through my beloved Herald.
The Gorean outfit I wore in the first picture I wore as an homage to all the great comment wars that have had me laughing at my desk through the years. I’m not Gorean. Heck, I’m not anything. Well, I am quite possibly a Democrat. Anyhow. I did try Gor way back when I got here because the whole “kneeling thing” was so prevalent on the grid I figured there had to be something to it. I am always up for some good roleplay, but Gor wasn’t for me. I do think some of the clothes and some of the builds are pretty awesome tho.
It’s been a pleasure to be here. Thanks to Timothy for making me a Post 6 Grrrl, and thanks also for the awesome pictures. I hope you all like them!

Did you make that skin? It’s beautifully done. Bravo on having a realistic shape, too.

She ain’t got to kneel like one o’ them Gor washrag gals. We only kneels in church at Enoch Holler, and the church done burned down!

Very nicely written, interesting . . . and with tongue-in-cheek reflections about Gorean verbal battles! What more could one ask? (Oh, and nice avi, too.)
Timothy, you are on a winning streak.

Her boobs are to small though. I like to look like a girl not a half boy. Face it boobs rock. Just google them and you’ll see they rule the internet.

Absolutely. 9 out of 10 porn addicts and basement wankers prefer large boobs.
God knows that’s the audience *I* want to cater to.

Feh. Boobs are overrated. And no, I’m not flat as board in either life, I just think people make too much out of them. Kellie’s are fine, and they fit her shape perfectly.

Ahh google results….the new yardstick to tell us what to value or not about our femaleness.
(Good post 6ishness, Kellie. Humungaboobs not neccesary.)
