Tips for ANY AND ALL Business people on SL

I had to chuckle reading a story about ripping off intellectual property while there is an ad for Legend City Online showcased at the top of the story that is a flagrant, brazen rip off of The Matrix. From what I have read about the people who run it, it came as no surprise they would promote their service using someone else’s creative work.

20th Century Fox owns the copyright to Aliens and the Giger did the design for it so that makes Xeno here is a plagiarist too. A real pity he found an intellectual property thief who is better than he is at his own scam.

@ Emperor:
What you fail to realise is that Xeno’s alien merchandise looks nothing like the alien that you are describing, and therefore he infringed upon no copyright and had no “scam” to speak of.
And if Zilu is “better than Xeno is at his own scam” then I assume you are saying that because he has a copybot? Tsk tsk.
I’m the one selling an alien that I do not own any copyright to. BUT AT LEAST I DIDN’T STEAL IT.
Think before you voice your support for a known content thief, please.

I like how your name links to a site advertising a penis pump. Keep up the good work with your utterly pointless posts

Well now. Seems this is the year for lies and deception. I wonder if Coke realizes she is just being used to fuel the fires of hate between two people that have little to ZERO impact on the grid at all. There are more important things at work here other than a little girl fighting for the rights of pixels. I suppose that Alien23 didn’t tell you everything. But I will decline to comment until after the rest of this story comes out. There is obviously parts missing. Like … how the breakup happened in the first place.
This is starting to sound strikingly similar to other things that have happened but I will decline comment until much later.
Let me work and investigate more on the other side of all this.

Not having been at the scene when the original work agreements were made or dissolved I’ll have to rely on the trust I’ve grown to have for Coke over the past couple years. I’ve watched the avie evolve over time and have examined the prims in question and they show Coke as the builder in the asset info and in style. Her builds are unique much like a painters brush strokes.
Good to see the comix on the Interwebs (finally!), Coke. I’m still willing to model for future ones (feelin’ really bad I couldn’t help last time).
