Founder Account for Sale on Ebay

I don’t normally report on sales on Ebay, but this is a particularly interesting case. There is a male founder account for sale on Ebay, and current bidding is at $350 with approximately 20 hours to go. Check in here for details. What makes this sale particularly interesting to Alpha residents is that the sale includes an Alphaville avatar with 28 skill points locked, a cheetah, and afghan, along with the usual founder goodies. It will be interesting to see what this sells for in the end. It also makes one speculate on what such an account will be selling for a year from now (if TSO thrives).

Looks like it sold for $355. Interesting. That may look cheap a year from now.

This is interesting. Statues, however, are not limited to founders. Everyone who is on the game for a year is to get one.
I would hate to be stuck with someone else’s Sim (particularly a guy’s).
Unfortunately, I could never sell my founder Sim, even if it were ethical, because heavens! Letting someone else run Cocoanut? Never!
