Suspended Reporter Returns to Teen Grid

We recently reported that Teen Grid denizen (and Second Age reporter) 782 had been suspended for contact with an adult within the SL Teen Grid. According to sources familiar with the case, the suspension occurred when 782 had contact with a Teen Grid avatar named Ray Geer, which the Lindens later discovered to be an adult. Although Mr. Geer did not reveal himself to be an adult in conversation with 782, he apparently informed 782 that he had an account on the main grid, which, for reasons that baffle this reporter, the Lindens thought 782 should take as evidence that Geer was an adult. 782 has since had his account reinstated, but with “one strike” against it.
