I am happy to bring you this week’s Post Six Grrrl, Joyla Vasilopita! Joyla is a long-time Internet gamer who says that SecondLife has held her attention more than any other on-line game or virtual community and she, of course, loves shopping! Many thanks to Heart Wishbringer and Joe Stravinsky for photographing and submitting this Post Six Grrrl.

First off I would like to thank the folks at Post Grrrl 6 for choosing me for this weeks issue. It is an honor and came completely by surprise! Also a special thanks to Heart Wishbringer, owner of Hearts Desire, were it not for her and her wonderful shop I would never have been choosen.

I began my second life on July 25th of this year and havent looked back since. I have a long history of playing MMORPG’s. AC1, DOAC, SWG, COH, EQ2, WOW and a couple others have taken up much of my time in the past 10 or so years of discovering the internet. That being said, not one of those has ever grabbed me or hooked me as deeply as this ‘game’ has. The freedom and creativity it allows is a dream come true for me.

After a couple of weeks of wrestling with, what I found to be, a rather steep learning curve, I, like everyone else, discovered the woes of being broke. To my great pleasure though it wasnt long before I learned I could get paid simply for dancing. I began my career dancing at Club CCB, a wonderful place that had great staff and management, you guys know who you are ;) . From there I moved on to Bad Girls another wonderful and fun club, Jesse Murdock and is staff are top notch in my book, you guys are awesome! Very recently I was hired as a hostess at Le Cimetiere, a new, though already popular, Vampire/goth BDSM club owned by the wonderful Tabu Tiramisu and Fushichou Mfume and just two of my favorite people all around.

My interests, well like so many of the others that have come before me here, shopping is perhaps my favorite pastime. I truely enjoy seeing how creative people are and can be here in Second Life. If you want to be a raccoon with a jet pack wielding a cucumber firing gun, hey no problem! If you cant find something, either you arent looking hard enough or you just need to ask someone and you can usually get it made. Recently myself and my girlfriends have been fiddling with home building for our own personal pleasure, and though I am still very much a novice with it I do get great satisfaction when we complete something unique and original. I would, one day, like to try my hand at designing clothing, both for men and women, since I hear guys sometimes have a heck of a time finding nice threads.

As to my appearence, well this is a relativily new look for me, and was never intended to be permanant. I decided to try something different when I was hired on at Le Cimetiere however the reviews have been very positive, and heck, it landed me this photo shoot, so I guess its a keeper *grins*. I am also very interested in doing modeling work, though I admit this will be my first time in front of a camera.

I am fairly easy to get along with, except first thing in the morning when my IV drip of caffine hasnt quite kicked in ;) I love to meet new people, and can usually be found dancing at the club I work at or at Club Akasha, the people there are some of the best I have ever met! I would also like to give a special thanks to all my friends here in SL for keeping me sane and for them most part keeping it drama-free. Especially to Chani Dion and Emi Brissot, without those two I dont know what I would do, I love both of you!

Thank you all for taking the time to read through my ramblings, I hope you enjoyed them and the pictures. Please feel free to give me a hollar in game!

XOXO

hehe…mb George Romero is a closet SL fan?

it is pretty bizarre…but then look at all the hardcore 3d German porn sites. Pretty high quality modelling, and no doubt will keep pace with the eye candy evolution. Must be servicing a market to stay in business.

Who’s standing up for the virtual fluffers?
    Proky??? Squeak?

What a fantastic set of tits.

Wow, yikes. Nothing against the player, but Nancy Sinatra’s Playboy spread showed she had a more bouyant rack on her at 40 than this av does. Sure, it’s not real, I get it, really. I just imagined people would shoot for a more idealized image of beauty in a world where everything is possible, not a more saggy version. I can’t imagine anyone would be wacking anything while looking at this, other than maybe their craniums, with their keyboards.

Try making them a tad smaller and higher, mmm? What you will sacrifice is the ‘Elsie the Borden milk cow’ look for something a bit more curvy and feminine, and people might actually be able to see your rib cage, too.

The barbie doll generation…hard at work spreading thier narrow views of beauty. Ah well.

If I were expressing a ‘narrow’ view of beauty, I’d have applauded her. She’s got the hipless and huge-chested shape of every other Barbie in SL. And it’s ‘their’, Sparky. dictionary.com, thanks.
