The Herald is very happy to bring you this week’s Post Six Grrrl, Silkie Muir! I have been in the game since May 2005 and I pretty much enjoyed most of my time here. It has had its ups and downs as it were but I am still here so I must be ahead in ups.

SL is a great place to live out your fantasies, or expand on them if you are already doing that real life. It can be a little overwhelming and you can get caught up in the moment. It certainly pays to remind yourself that it is a fantasy world first and foremost and go from there. Have fun.

I enjoy meeting people and the diversity of ideas and life styles is a real learning experience. My lifestyle in game is D/s with me as the “s”. I have learned a lot and am still learning. I would recommend that anyone thinking about following the D/s lifestyle learn about what it is all about before committing, even in game. There is a great library at Perilous Pleasures on Isle of Bliss that is an excellent place to start and revisit.

I have done lots of classes on most of the skills in SL and can recommend doing as many as you can. Apart from all the freebies, and who can turn down freebies (looks into the black hole of her inventory), it is fun to learn new things and understand why things do what they do (I hope to get to that point someday).

My interests are pretty basic. Shopping, classes, building sometimes if I feel the need, trying to make things work even if they aren’t supposed to (sorry Live Help for any hassles I cause with dumb questions), dancing, meeting and listening to interesting people, and of course more shopping.

The highlight of my time in SL? Hmmm, there are so many. Every time I achieve something new is a highlight of my time here but above all it is being accepted by Shawn Harker as his first girl.

Oh, why the demon outfit? Well why not. SL is be what you can be, even a succubus, as long as you don’t hurt others. Well not too much anyway (smiles evilly).
