Recently and very much by accident I happened upon evidence that a ‘prominent’ PN member is also a furry – and an administrator in the Ryder sim – where the Ryder Sanitarium is located. I was exploring the Ryder after the article about the Sanitarium and happened across a pool with a statue standing nearby wearing an Afro. Above the figure’s head was the name Fartgina Emert and the phrase ‘I’m closing ur poolz’.
I recognized immediately that the name was actually a PN member’s name, rearranged, so I checked ‘Fartgina Emert’s’ profile. The profile was filled with well known memes and showed that the account was created on January 1st 2007 – over one year ago. After further investigation Fartgina himself showed up, apparently an admin of at least one of the Ryder sims, wearing the title ‘Shitty Administrator’.
For those of you who haven’t figured it out, Fartgina is FatNigra of the PN. It had taken awhile for the implications of this to fully register. I always thought that when rumors were flying that PN’s are closet furries, it was just a weak attempt at trolling – but now I am beginning to wonder.
I rode up to Fatnigra in my popemobile to gawk at him some more before finally saying ‘So how ya doin FN?’, after which he immediately logged out of second life. I couldn’t help but be somewhat dismayed – I was a part of this group once and now I am finding out that many of the membership couldn’t even follow their own supposed beliefs!!
I just don’t understand how the PN could possibly be so serious business and still do crap like this. If you’re a furry then fine – but don’t be a furry and claim to hate furries. I understand now how Mooty felt watching his creation – the PN – slowly destroy itself. PN is dieing and I am ashamed at times to have been a member.
Now, I’ve had a very unique existence as far as Second Life is concerned and I’ve seen a lot of very strange things. I started as Sil Demina the SL “mafia” boss with land in Bellagio and Koozebane. The ‘Demina Family’ as it was called (the group is still in search) was probably akin to griefing groups as I know them today, only less sophisticated. Eventually I was no longer content with this and began to get curious after reading articles about organized griefers in the Herald.

I eventually got banned permanently from Second Life for experimenting with components of the lulz995 gun. Some may remember attacks with colorfull balls in and around Ellesmere that had the hovertext ‘Suck a N**ger cock bitch” marking the beginning of my ‘career’ as a griefer) this was actually supplied to me by Maldavious Figtree through Tizzers Foxchase. I then became a PN member, was shunned for about a week in august of 2007 and then basically overnight became PN’s top scripter. I supplied PN with a lot of it’s weapons and technology other members used to create new weapons.
I got banned from the PN in early october for trolling script kiddies on ryan1918 irc which caused N3X15 to fear that his servers were going to be DDoS’d. I continued griefing solo and eventually went back into the PN and then finally got bored with griefing and left the PN shortly before Christmas.
I won’t lie, I thoroughly enjoyed griefing for a while but there is only so many ways to harass people, so it eventually gets boring. The other problem with the PN is that it has become like a cult. Some PN members try extremely hard to make sure everyone knows that they hate furries. I can’t understand why it was that important. I never really kept up the facade that many of them do.
PN worries about spies – but why ban spies? To do so only gives them power, right? To ignore a spy would disarm them and cause them to be bored. That is only one example of what I saw as poor leadership. Over time I came to regret supplying the PN with grey goo code which enabled these larger scale grid attacks.
PN should have been a group of practical jokers but instead we became our enemy – in some cases we were much more like our enemy than we wanted to admit. Serious business – SRS BSNS – took over and we did see ourselves as the SL equivalent of Al-Qaeda, as someone once put it. N3X15 himself is rumored to be a furry, a rumor which I believe based on the way he explained himself on the PN forums when the rumor began circulating. PN will tolerate him regardless because he hosts the site and updates shooped life. So it seems that the anti-furry PN has members who are furries – but is this right?

I am still convinced that I was right. The evidence is strong, but at the same time it is circumstantial. I have no interest in slandering innocent people. The purpose of the article was not even to smear PN, believe it or not. It was to expose hypocrisies (if Fartgina is Fatnigra for example) and to draw attention to the srs bsns that is killing PN. Most of the PN took it as an insult. Oh well, I’m not sorry for that part, nor will I be. All of the self imposed unwritten rules you guys have to follow makes being PN a full time job. I don’t envy any of you. Sure there are fun times, but when it comes down to it…..are they really worth it?
If I can be reasonably certain that Fartgina is not FN I will post a follow up article apologizing and setting the record straight.
Unfortunately due to the fact that I cannot reveal myself in world to just anybody, I have to be careful because I am in hiding – hiding from lindens, hiding from old friends, hiding from angry victims, pick one, I’m hiding from all of them – I’m going to have to create some alts to contact Fartgina and close associates. Get a mic if you don’t have one already and configure voice on your viewer. Also if you’re using any kind of software to mask your voice or convert text to speech, I will recognize it.

IMO, the only reason it seemed this way to you is because you made it out to be that way. Yes, there are some guidelines that need to be followed (we do need to cover our asses you know, we’re e-outlaws. O_o), but for the most part? I do just have fun (or lulz). I don’t have time to devote to the organization on a full-time basis, and am I still lulzing it up? Hell, you had it made with all the shit you contributed.
