Castiglione Ramona, Diablo Cartel big boss, had grown tired of seeing the proliferation of mom-and-pop mafias in SL, and requested a sit-down with the Herald to set the record straight on recent rumors of his griefing – and to boast about his brand new cartel. Read on, drama lovers. . . .
Gina Fatale: Hi Castiglione, thanks for taking a moment from your busy schedule to sit down with the Herald. Can you tell me what the Diablos Cartel is about and what their main purpose in SL?
Castiglione Ramona: The Diablos Cartel is an SL group for making money. Our purpose is to sell our “substance” and firearms to SL players out there and provide other side services as well.
Castiglione Ramona: Although the group is very new, we are growing quickly.
Gina Fatale: can you be specific as to what “substances” are? and what other services?
Castiglione Ramona: We call the substance Casti. This enhances your avatar in a way that would greatly assist SL players.
Gina Fatale: in other words a drug.
Castiglione Ramona: Yes, you can say that. We also do other jobs like spying or protection for a fee.
Gina Fatale: so besides dealing drugs you also deal in firearms, what kind of firearms have you made and can you tell us how one would purchase such items, do you have a store?
Castiglione Ramona: Well first of all, our pushers or “drug dealers” will be promoted to Arms Dealers after we notice that they are helping a lot.
Castiglione Ramona: Our firearms are more realistic than others in SL. Although they are still quite good. Some of them better than others. We deal in all sorts of weaponry (melee, machine guns, explosives, snipers).
Gina Fatale: How does one join your cartel? are there specific requirements?
Castiglione Ramona: If one was wanting to join, they would speak to one of the lieutenants and arrange a meeting. Then we would have them tested. They would then fill out an application and send it to me (the boss). If I accept, they will be tested once again.
Gina Fatale: do you have a store location (if so tell us where) or are these dealt on the down low
Castiglione Ramona: No we do not have a store. It is much easier to sell if customers could see a demo in person.
Gina Fatale: who usually buys your weapons? mafias? or just the average joe?
Castiglione Ramona: I’d have to say both. Some people just want a nice gun for protection and some mafias want them to go to war with.
Gina Fatale: speaking of mafias there is some talk going around that you have been giving grief to several known families, Bellini, DSM, Costello, The Black Hand. Whats the deal on this?
Castiglione Ramona: Well someone called a hit on me which was pitiful… (i happened to shoot the hitman instead)
Gina Fatale: do you know who called a hit on you and why?
Castiglione Ramona: I suspected it might have been DSM because I shot the Godmother’s son for personal reasons.
Castiglione Ramona: After that, the Godmother shot me in a club. Then they all surrounded me in the middle of nowhere and I orbit them all.
Gina Fatale: so is Diablos in a war with DSM?
Castiglione Ramona: Of course not. Just a little misunderstanding
Gina Fatale: what do the other families have to do with it since there is talk you griefed the others as well
Castiglione Ramona: Well now that DSM has a grudge on me, their allies do as well.
Gina Fatale: is Diablos like some of the other mafias we just mentioned? if not tell us why
Castiglione Ramona: We are like a REAL mafia but nothing like the SL mafias. We are all about business. Mafia first. None of this mom and dad stuff
Castiglione Ramona: other mafias are about family mostly, never business first for them
Gina Fatale: so it’s safe to assume that Diablos is all business and you won’t find the “family” thing in it? Can you tell us your opinion of how successful you see your cartel going in the future?
Castiglione Ramona: I can tell that we are going to be very successful… already on our second day have I made a few thousand by letting my men do the work.
Gina Fatale: would you be bold enough to say that you can possibly be one of the most successful cartels in SL? and one other thing to add to that are you the only cartel in SL?
Castiglione Ramona: Yes we are the first cartel I believe (that actual ACTS as one) and I think that we possibly COULD BE the most successful cartel.

Wow… I spent (wasted) 15 years of my life in a RL gang in California. I have family who are Hells Angels as well.. so you can say that, I have a pretty extensive criminal background. Secondlife lets me still live out my cravings of wanting to do dirt via roleplay, so no one gets hurt and i dont go to prison. with that being said, it’s really funny how in these games I see alot of people claiming they know this and that about mafias, Cartels and Gangsterism in General. In fact knowing the ages of some of my brethren i find it down right funny. how do you know what a real cartel is? or what it does? or how it operates? who are you to determine who is mom & pop? How do you know what family makes money & what family doesnt?
this is your 3rd attempt at a criminal Orginization in SL, what are you? Italians? Russians? columbian drug lords? make up your mind on something and stick with it….
and anyone who is anyone in this lifestyle be it Roleplay or Real knows you dont go around making yoursleves known by newpaper press.. I have a very Successful family with over 30 + members.. plenty of money, our own sim and the whole shabang… all w/o having to advertise in the herald…

Misunderstanding my ass! Let me put it in simple terms. I don’t care what “kind” of mafia you are. You can be more of a “family” based mafia or “business” based mafia and this fact remains the same…..You hit my son and you answer to it. Plain and simple. Am I wrong for that? I think not! A “mafia” that does respond to such attacks can not call theirselves mafia, Vincent Stravinsky aka Castiglione Ramona. So like I said this is no misunderstanding. DSM will not tollerate an attack on any family member son or no son. No offense my dear friend Santino but lets be real here as far as to why the TBH is not in the herald and should of/could of/ been, i won’t go into it we both know why. I do know however not so very long ago when Marsellus was involved in the game you were in talks with him on more than one occassion wanting the press in the Herald. You may not necessarily need it to be “successful” in your terms, but you sure did want it and still do. Nothin wrong with that at all in fact I’d like to encourage all the mafias in game to get more involved in the Herald it gets me mucho money lol.

Lives with me? this is news to me. Get your facts straight. For the record I live with Destiny Platini my in game sis so if Castiglione is a woman now that calls for a great herald story in itself! He does hang out at my place so do several other known mafia people in different families so what’s that have to do with this story? Castiglione has known me for a very long time as some others in game and knows how to use the Herald to his advantage, you do realize the more you post here the more you give him what he wanted? Like i stated above i encourage the mafia people in this game to come to the Herald, its what makes money for me, want me to do a story on ya then you know where to find me. Just like Casti did.

Secondly, I never sat down with an Interview with you for the Simple fact that I didnt feel it would Further My cause. what is my cause? well it Definitely is not Self Promotion. There also seems to be some confusion here, I am not in a mafia/family/cartel i don’t see how i am supporting casti or going against anyone’s role playing here, in fact me of all people have always supported mafia role play, however you decide to play it is up to you, i also had been in it just as long as everyone else mentioned but at the moment not roleplaying it in SL.
If my reporting is only based on who my friends are well then for example Blaydon is one of my closest and best friends in game and UB to Bellini, so therefore if this is the case that guy would be in the herald everyday.
I rest my case.

But then again hey thats neither here nor there….The fact still remains that Ramona is , was and always will be a nobody. With all these tests he gives someone to get in his “Cartel” maybe he should take a few of them also…maybe he should take some lessons from what he wants to refer to as a “mom and pop mafia” Then and only then might he learn something but then again I highly doubt it. Ya Castiglione is Vincent Strahoweveryouspellit. He thought he was slick when he was attacking me and my family. But it was amatuer night you could tell.
Him and Malice thought they were real slick, but they slipped up as bumbling idiots will do. They got busted, confessed (I have the logs if anyone needs proof. They attacked Reno, DSM, Belini and a few others under the guise of Castiglione and also blaming other mafias for it trying to start a war.) after they broke down in interogation and then Vincent attempted to make restitution. Malice did not.
Malice is no longer playing the game unfortunantly to be able to pay restitution. Oh well.. Although he said he was sorry I guess Karma bit him in the ass and he ended up getting suspended for something (don’t let him try to say otherwise). But back to my original point.. It was amatuer night, you could tell. Vincent/Castiglione (I have other alts too of theirs) changes groups like he changes clothes.. Does it often and always end up tattered, worn and ripped.

Me and you got into a fight. I said some harsh things. then you left the family. So you come back a few months later asking to be in again, and then I told you, you know the rules right? you are going to follow the rules of this family and you said yes… everything was kool for awhile, and then as we were getting the Island Devloped you star up again doing stupid shit… shooting people w/o order, civilians at that. then when TBH officials try to let you know you are breaking rules you completly dis respect them. inturn disrespecting the family as a whole. Sure, my Capo should not have chastized you in family chat. I spoke with him on that and defended you..
The family Consigliere contacted you about your behavior and you totaly disrespected her, she is one of the sweetest people in this game and never disrespects anyone. “they don’t know me, they never took the time talk to me blah blah” who the fuck are you? those are family officers.. you need to bring your ass to them and get to know them… so now we come to a point to where 90% of the people who live on that island wanted you out of the family.. I said to you… one more anything and your gone from us.. i asked you if you understood.. you said yes. and Ithought the you loved me and respected me as your step dad to do the right thing from there… but what do you give me instead?
when Myles cooper is building the family home.. a 100 thousand dollar project… we do alot of business with this man… you are fucking with him.. puttin him in a box while he’s trying to work? shooting at him? Ok so i go to the council who all wanted you gone and suggested that banning from the Island for a little while would also help teach her a lesson on respecting the family rules, land, and officers… In a meeting I suggested banning… it was agreed by all that you should be able to visit your father, I agreed also but only when he is online and only in his house…. well thats when things turned sour… in that meeting Instead of standing up to family rules. and how they all felt… I called for a vote, and instead of voting, my Sister Raven and her husband Nite quit because of “stress” Sunny your aunt who cant stand you chose to not vote and go with whatever her brother said. and Jac straight out told me I am not banning my daughter (the rule breaker) so everything went downhill from there.. I guess you were right Stormy, that is your Daddy’s Island and you can do w/e you want.. i have no say, i admit you are absolutley right….
that night and the next day I thought about everything… Do I comprimise on people not following the Omerta? and have to move the house we just had built.. get rid of people and start over? do i want to do that? yep.. fuck em i thought… MAFIA first.. the code is the code… and people have sided against the family to protect rulebreakers… and it was time to stir the pot and see what comes up to the top….
