Stunning news from an early December Justice League Unlimited meeting. In a shocking turn of events, Cid Jacobs, the founder of the Green Lantern Core, an anti-griefer group with a long history of good service, and great conduct, has been labeled a hostile by Kalel Venkman’s Justice League Unlimited anti-griefer group. Among the reasons for this new label?
“He hangs out with Nikola Shirakawa and doesn’t seem to think that the RL raid on my house was really griefing.” -Kalel Venkman
That’s right, because Cid Jacobs was friendly to Tizzers Foxchase – somebody Kalel and his flock doesn’t like – Cid is now an enemy. What does this mean to Second Life at large? Well, you’d better be double checking those friends lists, because if you’re caught talking to somebody on the JLU hit list, you just might find yourself labeled a griefer.
As to the RL “raid” on Kalel Venkman’s house? Tizzers Foxchase and some other /b/tards that happen to live close to Kalel in real life, decided on Halloween to knock on Kalel’s door while in costume and trick-or-treating. That’s it. They knocked on his door like any other trick-or-treaters, but what was the proper punishment for this heinous crime?
Tizzers was suspended from Second Life for two weeks, for “disclosure”. A two week suspension for trick or treating in RL was news to me – I didn’t know Linden Lab’s rules extended into real life. Perhaps when the exalted Kalel Venkman is involved, the rules suddenly change – or Kalel knows how to say the magic words that cloud some Lindens’ minds .
How could we describe activity like that? Hmm, Kalel seems to be growing excessively paranoid, and close-minded. He is doing everything in his power to make the grid bow to his control. What kind of word would you suggest, Kalel?

On a final note, what would you consider the bigger example of stalking? Trick-or-treating in a peaceful and legal manner -or- posting photos on the Internet, IP address information, and calling Internet service providers in an attempt to get someone’s service cancelled, and threatening to call a certain student’s university to get them thrown out of college?

okay, im sick of people slandering and getting angry at former herald reporter Prokofy Neva, He is a good friend of mine and I can personally say my homie P-Rok is an outstanding landowner and model SL citizen, if our metaverse had more people like Prok. Standing up for injustice and pointing out problems… It would be a far better place.

Contrary to constant fake propaganda, I’m not a “former” Herald reporter, nor was I fired from the Herald. I’m still on the masthead with quite the title, I must say, not of my own choosing:

I don’t chose to contribute to the Herald lately, however, due to the poor, tendentious editorial policies of the Herald — except in extreme national emergencies, i.e. when nobody seemed to step up to the plate and do a story on Philip’s keynoter at the SLCC, to which the Herald didn’t even bother to come.
Of course, I may be removed at the whim of the erratic and unreliable Herald powers-that-be any minute, but I don’t think that will happen until Uri’s book reaches the $2 point in the bargain bin at the Strand.
Given that I just bought the book used off the Strand for the lowest possible prize on amazon.com at $14.97, we still have a ways to go : )

Ah, das b&hammer falls. I’m sure LL had a valid (read: half-ass) reason for banning her. Unfortunately there is zero notability here, considering that LL’s permabans tend to fail disastrously at stopping us (or anyone, for that matter).

It wasn’t just the JLU that took Woodbury U down, Maldavius Figtree was involved. Maldy is a sociopathic magalomaniac. Among his accomplishments:
a) causing career problems for Frontier Linden by faking up skypelogs of Frontier allegedly trying to get Mald to move to his rural southwestern town to be his livin boyfriend and work in the local gas station.
b) persuading people across the grid that he is Philip’s best friend, and they should therefore listen to him cause of what his secret Linden friends tell him.
c) seducing a member of Intlibber’s staff into trying to get Int to make Mald the BNT CEO. When Int refused, Mald destroyed his Orientation Island, quit, and has been trashing Int’s rep in SL ever since.
d) Mald has developed a history as a serial sim destroyer. He first destroyed Woodbury University sim’s buildings by getting mod rights from various members of the student body. Later, he did the same thing to IntLibber, getting mod rights from various people in his employ while working for him, then after leaving, abused those rights to destroy a half dozen sims of Int’s.
e) He inserted chatspy scripts in all the buildings, and gave out freebies to people that chatspied on them wherever they were. He put scripts in griefer sim crashers that HE distributed, which reported the locations of the avs when they wore a sim crashing weapon.
f) He seduced a woman priest at SLCC in 2007, and when she publicly disclosed their sexual relationship, in order to keep his RL girlfriend from finding out, he declared her insane, and recruited people to call 911 to get cops to institutionalize her. She had to flee on a road trip across the country to get away from this campaign, and forced her to give up her career as a pastor.
f) He has now matriculated as a student at the real Woodbury University, and attempted to take over the WU in SL project from Tizzers. Like his previous failure to take over BNT, since he failed to persuade the administration of WU to hand the project over to him, he has set about ensuring WU never comes back to SL.
Of course, all of these acts are not surprising: Maldavius was a card carrying member of JLU until after he wrecked Woodbury’s buildings.

I’m not bothered. Everything I’ve done on Second Life would continue on. By giving everything with full rights, someone else in the Free Fandom Project would be able to take up the slack and keep it going. If I were to drop out tomorrow, things would still continue. The fact that people would continue the work I set out to do is one thing groups like the JLU could never really attest to. Notice how they have yet to reply to this article, despite their almost hawklike diligence towards similar articles? They know they messed up here, and their reputation is slowly being drained off. I have little doubt their silence is an attempt to learn from their mistakes and move on, perhaps a bit smarter than before.

I respond to direct questions, yes, but I’m not concerned with having the last word. You are not entirely wrong, but to my knowledge, I have seen no evidence of Tizzers being anything but female. I am nice to a lot of people of all persuasions, provided they aren’t assholes. I hold no serious grudges, and I never turn down intelligent conversation. I never swooned all over her, but she was polite and we did have intelligent conversations. I wish could say the same about you kids, but you seem to unintelligent enough to even pick up on the real bits of truth about me you do have. Truth is, though, i could care less what someone’s gender is, all that matters is how they handle themselves.
As to them not being bothered by me, I have sen evidence contrary to that, but going off of an in world experience I recently noticed, they seem to be going towards the simple ignore the problem solution, which is undoubtedly the best decision they could make, short of apologizing for their actions. I’m sure they’re trying to put themselves above drama in most forms, but in world I have seen otherwise. They frequent the second life sites including the herald here, and with their numbers, one of them is statistically sure to have read the article. I know from what some friends have told me that they’re aware of it, that they are simply ignoring it to maintain a moral high ground. Fact is, they’re doing the right thing by not responding, which i will go no further into.

This is exactly why I don’t get involved with drama in SL. I wouldn’t call this a bad article, after all it got everyone all-a-stir, although it seems the commenters are the people who have more of the facts than the actual reporter.

After my point by point dissection of the PN in reply to l33t masta, (Which I notice the PN couldn’t come up with a reply to), D3ADLYCOD3C decided to put me in my place this morning by creating an alt, logging in, finding some land somewhere with no return turned on, and spent about 40 minutes rezzing and de-rezzing objects named after Prok, or various Lindens, or other Herald commenters, flooding me and only me with the exact same tired insult he’s been repeating for a month now.
Oh dear whatEVER will I do? The big bad l33t cable company nerd billy is gloating about his huge balls being spread over sims I don’t own, and beating the security systems of land that doesn’t exist, and how I’m helpless to stop him from wasting hours of free time scripting grand PN harassment object meant only for me, and how I’m broke and fail even though I’m genuinely liked by most people I know and make over $300USD a month building and selling clothes which is a nice little supplement to my spending money.
Helpful hint Billy. I’ll bet even the other PN would think you’re a nerd by now. While THEY waste their time trying to crash whole sims and annoy entire groups, YOU devote time and energy to annoying ONE SINGLE PERSON. Na. No one should put much in this statement. PN or not, if he did something they thought was epic win they would claim him and the event. Because this isn’t epic win they’re just distancing themselves.

6) We have double agents everywhere. Though their sole purpose is information gathering and nothing more. We aren’t set out to damage the groups we are in.
7) Some former PN are Witnesses X.
9) We aren’t just in or about Second Life, we are everywhere there are Chantards lulzblocking them for the damage they cause and do to people.
10) We do it to throw monkey wrenches in anything Chantard. Not all of us use the Witness X name. We have existed as long as the Chans have it’s just you barely started to notice us a year or so ago.
AND NO before it’s brought up. We did not originate on a white supremacist forum, some loser used our name just like that Alex kid did too. We are a growing legion on our own. We often like using this name simply because of the reaction it gets out of you Chantard types. Everytime a Chantard mission or raid on the internets fails, chances are we are behind it.
