    What Stroker is not telling you is that he entered the FurNation Community group and started causing drama. Corsi removed him from being able to participate in the chat but Stroker kept logging it. Izzy Linden came in and told him to leave but obviously he didn’t.

    The Linden Lab terms of service state that sharing logs in-world is not allowed. There is NO control over logs used out of world. Yup, sounds a bit crazy but there yah go!

    Also anything that goes out as public chat is pretty much…well… public! I’m afraid everything is “on-the-record” unless you tell a journalist it isn’t.

    Oh, and Stroker’s trademarks seem to be in place and on file. You can check it out here (http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?regser=serial&entry=77202601) if you want. The trademark protection goes back to the filing date of 2007-06-11. The angry furries may want to see if there is prior use of TMs before that date if they want to file any counter claims to the mark.

    Sigmund, Trademark Law says that when you create a trademark, you have one year to file for trademark protection. So he is covered from 6-11-2006 forward. As Corsi only came on the scene wrt Sexgen in mid/late 2007, it is clear that Corsi has no foot to stand on here, its Strokers trademark, and all intellectual property developed under his brand name is his property, Corsi and briggi worked for Eros LLC under a for-hire basis under IP law so their content belongs to Eros.

    Corsi has no case wrt the trademarks OR the animations. You produce content for someone elses company to be used under their trademark or trade name it is theirs. Corsi WILL lose and WILL take furnation down with him if furrys continue to depend on him. Better for you to see what kind of a deal Nexxus can work out with Stroker, I know Stroker has a lot of loyalty to his customers in the furry community.

    Wooo! I made the Herald! I am quite shocked about what passes for news these days.

    In any case, War does not include doing raids or some other stupid crap like that. None of that will really hurt Stroker. To truly hurt him you have to hit him in the only place important to him, his wallet.

    At the time I spoke that, I had not made any plan, but I was not suggesting we raid him or in fact, any course of action. It was actually intended to be a call to FIND a course of action, but it turns it I would have been better off just thinking one over alone.

    What I do not believe people understand is that Corsi has worked hard, given a great deal to time to Sexgen and at this point, she is lost all that time investment.

    Personally, after giving it alot of thought, the best way to hit Stroker in the wallet is to create a better product. Stroker has done more to harm Sexgen than to help it, and wiping a products’ users group usually does not go over well with the customer base. As well as his alienation of those who could help him develop and support his product, I don’t see Sexgen going very far in the near future..

    I believe that it is an ideal time for another name and operation to enter this space….

    Okay. IntLibber I really have to thank you for the post and the follow up one right after from Sigmund.

    Correct according to Trademark law any company that tries to use the mark or a facsimile thereof after the filing date must cease and desist the use of such mark.

    According to the Trademark paperwork that was filed in June of 2007 which was about one year AFTER I started selling SexGen beds and base units in my first store that was located in Gar. At that time I was just starting out and Briggi was still partners in the company. In February of 2007 I had started working on new animations for the company and was to be paid on a commission basis not a flat fee. I’ll get back to that but the release for the animations and the Platinum Diamond was in March of 2007 where I spend initial sales to buy FurNation Vista from Paskis Robinson and subsequently purchased FurNation Alpha from Equino Faulkland. Since that was in March of 2007 and can be recorded with sales I was then authorized by Briggi Bard a partner with Stroker at the time to use and sell under the name SexGen.

    And thus I am protected by prosecution from Strokers Trademark (Which he is the one that gave me the textures personally in Late 2007)

    However because of the incidents and drama that we thought was finally settling down in anger and spitting hate, we are going to be removing the mark. I had Nexxus Ambassador over the house last night and we had a good talk about how we want to go from here. And we have a buisness plan we will be carrying out soon.

    For the sake of peace, after I make this post I am going to announce to the FurNation Community group to stop being concerned about this and I am asking Stroker stay out of our business. We have quite a few textures to change and base units to reinstall across the board. New store logo’s have been in the works since Monday and thus we have been quiet since this incident as you can see in this log Stroker took from the community and bragged to me about doing.

In general, for the SL economy to thrive, competition is, for want of a better word, “good.” The job of LL should be to create the conditions in which an economy can work well.

    I’m glad to hear Corsi is moving on from this with a new logo, It’s probably best under the circumstances. While Stroker may be morally wrong for his actions, sadly that won’t help in a court case, where only the letter of the law applies.

    We all know what will happen in the end, the two will strike a deal or LL, in their tradition of shooting themselves in the foot, will ban stroker from SL, and keep corsi around because furries get the preferential treatment in the end since a good chunk of LL’s staff are furries themselves. I’ve heard corsi has gotten away with much worse in the past and gotten people he’s ripped off permabanned from SL.

    Stroker, on the other hand, is one of the big forces in SL, however, in the end, it matters how much land you own in SL is what bears on LL’s decision to kick you out, combined with what you define yourself as. Land owning furry? immune. because furries will sock puppet and use the cult mentality that exists in any dedicated group (ie furries) to bitch and complain and generally wreak havoc until they get what they want. and we all know how LL hates getting nagged.

    We’ll soon find out exactly how stupid LL is in regards to this issue. If stroker gets a permaban from SL, we’ll know where LL’s stance really is. Furry lovers or general fetish lovers. (lol!) Though tbh, if either gets banned, nothing of real value would be lost anyway. Since non stroker sex shit is common and most people who use that kind of shit don’t care, since they’re 5 day old accounts. That small minority that dwell in SL only care, and a good chunk of that fraction are furfags.

    If I were a bettin’ man, I’d put my bet on corsi on this issue when it comes down to LL getting involved. After all LL is trying to “clean” their image to potential investors! What is cleaner than a diaper shitting pedophile transgender furfag? WHOLESOME FAMILY QUALITY RIGHT THERE.

    all i have to say is this.
    i’m a furry and i hate corsi and because of that myself and other furs who hate corsi dont go to a sim that has even a remote smell of fn on it.
    yes fn was a great place to go but now corsi has raped it so much by taking out all the stuff that made fn so diffrent.
    the entire estate had a running theme of egypt / stargate sg-1, each sim had to conform to that basic theme, even though some sim owners dident like it at first they ended up loving the theme.

    now when you goto fn you see the whole place is a cluster fuck, the only sim thats been left to its origonal theme is prime, the rest has went to shit, i mean whos smart assed idea was it to put friggin shops around the border of a sandbox and then remove the sandbox walls so everyone could bask in its uglyness, evicting PAYING RENTERS from there plots to put in that god awful building, corsi you lost like 50 paying ppl and from what nexxus told me those renters were paying 90% of the monthly rent on those sims, you evenit them put up a 10metre wide 40 metre high and 100metre long building in there place and to make it worse you had ppl make it out of sculpties.

    have you seen was over use of sculpties does to a sim along with the thousands of running scripts, fuck me the script time went into orbit, and because of all the sculpties ppl had to leave the frigging sim just to get there textures loaded.

    corsi you have no clue on how to run a sim and with the way you tell ppl to make stuff for you is a fucking god damn joke,

    corsi use those balls thats attached to your groin and get a good grip of em and then do this, TAKE THEM OUT OF YOUR ASS AND CUT THEM OFF.

    This Mouse has some Serious Mental issues. I for one have removed all my prims from FurNation sims as well as my spot in the mall. I have left the Furnation groups and sims because I do not want to be associated with this type of stuff. Corsi is COMPLETLY INSANE! Why linden lab lets him\her do this stuff and get away with it is beyond me! Perhaps the Myth “IF YOU OWN LOTS OF LAND LINDEN LAB WILL LOOK THE OTHER WAY WHEN YOU BREAK THE LAW” is infact true. Who knows, but as for the FurNation I think it has all gone down hill once Corsi started running things, I am not the only Furry who thinks thie either, more and more Vendors, Residents, admins are talking of Leaving corsi to Kill FurNation.

    At this point with things turning ugly anyone associated with that Mousehold is in danger of being dragged into the middle of the legal mess one way or another. Either charged as a co-conspirator or subpoenaed as a wittness as to what went on. My advice: get out now while the getting is good and let YOUR name fade out of that picture…

This Group chat went on for the better part of 1 hour and 20 min. Above is just a few of the stupid things you said! If the readers would like I will post the entire chat so that everyone can see what a lieing, maniputlave, backstabbing rodent you are.
